外國人來(lái)滬就業(yè)許可證辦理

1． 外國人就業(yè)許可證書(shū)
working permit license
（1） 一份《外國人就業(yè)申請表》（公司蓋章）
1 piece of application form (company sealed)
（2） 營(yíng)業(yè)執照（復印件）公司蓋章
business license (copy) sealed by company
（3） 組織機構代碼證（復印件）公司蓋章
company code (copy) sealed by company
（4） 批準證書(shū)（復印件）
approval certificate (copy)
（5） 個(gè)人中文簡(jiǎn)歷（公司蓋章）
Chinese resume (company sealed)
（6） 任職相關(guān)資格證明（具體需要解釋?zhuān)?需要中文翻譯件)
University degree copy or leaving last company certificate
（7） 護照（復印件）
passport (copy)
2. 外國人工作簽證邀請函（5個(gè)工作日）工本費RMB20
Z-visa Invitation （5 working days ）Government fee RMB20
請提供入境地地名，詳細住址，傳真號碼，準備入境日期
give us the information: the nation and city name where you will come from, the detail address there, fax number there, date for you want to enter China (we need the information for fill in the form)
辦理好第一 和第二步手續后，請外國人帶著(zhù)護照原件，就業(yè)許可證書(shū)和工作簽證邀請函去境外中國領(lǐng)事館辦理Z簽證入境（注意Z簽證入境有只能停留30天） 境外手續均須自行辦理。
3. 入境后，辦理就業(yè)證 （3個(gè)工作日）工本費RMB10
After you enter China, we will make the Foreigner’s working permit for you. Government fee RMB10
(1) Business license (copy)
營(yíng)業(yè)執照（復印件）
(2) Company Code (copy), Certificate of approval (copy)
組織機構代碼（復印件），批準證書(shū)（復印件）
(3) Fill in 2 pieces of <Employment Registration Form of Foreign Employees in China> (sealed by the company)
兩份《就業(yè)登記表》（公司蓋章）
(4) Health check (Copy)——hospital number:62688851 Address: 15 Jinbang Rd. ( that is 1705 Hami Rd. before)
健康證明（復印件）——體檢的預約電話(huà)：62688851 地址 ：金浜路15號（原哈密路1705號）
(5) Valid passport and visa (original and copy)
護照（原件）
(6) Chinese labor contract (copy)
中文勞動(dòng)合同（復印件）
(7) 3 pictures passport size
3張兩寸照片
(8) working permit license (original )
就業(yè)許可證書(shū)（原件）
4. 外國人居留許可（5個(gè)工作日）工本費 RMB400
Foreigner’s residence permit (5 working days) Government fee RMB400
(1) Valid passport and visa (original)
護照（原件）
(2) Application letter (sealed by the company)
公司申請書(shū)（公司蓋章）
(3) Health check (original)
健康證明（原件）
(4) Registration Form of Temporary Residence (pink slip)——you can get it from the Police Station near your residence place, as soon as you enter China, you must get this slip in 24 hours.
臨時(shí)住宿登記表（粉色單）——在住處附近的派出所獲得(入境后24小時(shí)內辦理)
(5) 2 pictures of passport size
2張兩寸照片
Working people’s accompanying families should, apart from submitting their own valid passports and visas, also submit certification for family relationship and corresponding information.
就業(yè)人員家屬除提供本人的護照外，還應提供親屬關(guān)系證明及相應材料。
